    For the Business Administration field, Business Administration specialization (study programme available in English), the candidates must take an English exam or provide an certificate in order to prove the English language knowledge (TOEFL Computer based, minimum 173 points, TOEFL Internet based, minimum 61 points, TOEFL paper based, minimum 500 points, IELTS 5,5, CAE). This certificate must be issued not before 2007.

    Important: The successful candidates according to the above-listed conditions will have priority in receiving scholarships and accommodation in the University’s halls of residence.

    • 120 RON. For the second specialization, only half of the registration fee will be payed in Euro, at the current exchange rate.

    b). For the last two specializations of the Education Sciences field (Pedagogy of Pre-school and Primary Education - distance learning courses and Pedagogy of Pre-school and Primary Education- full time courses), the admission requirements also include:

    • Aptitude test – Music (eliminatory)
        • the assessment of the musical ear, rhythm, musical memory and vocal qualities
        • singing 1-2 songs at the commission’s choice from a 5 song list presented by the candidate
        • the rendering of rhythmic and melodic fragments
    2. High school results, as follow:

    • 80 percent – high school years’ grade average point
    • 20 percent – high school leaving examination’s grade point average
    c) For Pedagogy of Pre-school and Primary Educations specialization - study sequel, full time courses, the admission process consists of the grade point average based on University College of Schoolmasters’ results, as follows:

    • 50 percent – the grade point average of all study years’ qualifications
    • 50 percent – high school leaving examination’s grade point average

    Registration fee:

    • 200 RON (to be paid in Euro, at the current exchange rate)

    Tuition fee for the academic year 2010-2011:

    • 2200 RON (for full time as well as for distance learning courses) – to be paid in Euro, at the current exchange rate
